Dear Patients,

Whenever possible, please seek care through our clinic rather than outside walk-in clinics or other family physicians.

Under Ontario government's FHO+ model, your physician is responsible for coordinating the care of enrolled patients, and may be penalized when enrolled patients receive care elsewhere. More importantly, coming to our clinic allows you to be seen by physicians who have access to your medical history, medications, test results, and ongoing care plans.

For urgent concerns, we offer walk-in service for our enrolled patients:
