As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Pacific Medical is doing our part to reduce the spread by limiting physical visits at the clinic.  We are fully operational, and continue to offer medical care to our patients through telemedicine. Please call to schedule a phone appointment to speak with your physician who will assess you and determine if you need to be seen in clinic.   All online bookings will be Telephone appointments during this time.  

Venipuncture services are on hold until further notice.  You can still get bloodwork done at Dynacare Labs at 4040 Finch Ave East.  Their current hours are Mon – Fri 8AM – 4PM and Saturday 8AM – 12PM.  They are closed Sundays.  

Pacific Medical Pharmacy continues to operate on site to supply you with the medications you need.

PREPARE FOR YOUR TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT:

  • When booking, please confirm the phone number you would like your doctor to call, and expect a “No Caller ID” call at your scheduled time.  You may have to contact your telephone company to allow blocked calls to go through.
  • Please have the information of your regular pharmacy ready in case you need a prescription as it needs to be faxed directly to your pharmacy.
